DIGITAL PCR (dPCR)

The Applied Biosystems QuantStudio Absolute Q Digital PCR System is a digital PCR (dPCR) platform based on microfluidic array plates (MAPs) that increase uniformity. This system allows all the necessary steps for dPCR (compartmentation, thermal cycling and data acquisition) to be performed in a single instrument. In addition, it allows the multiplexing of up to 4 optical channels and is suitable for various applications of high sensitivity and precision. dPCR allows absolute quantification without the need for a standard curve.
